      We have a well defined recruiting process at certain colleges where most of our current employees have graduated from, but our hiring process looks much more widely for exceptional candidates. 

       

      In our interview process, we like to understand candidates’ quantitative and problem solving skills. Our hiring process consists of:

      • Step 1: We post the job position at internal college career portals.
      • Step 2: Human verified shortlisting process for resumes.
      • Step 3: Conduct preliminary tests.
      • Step 4: Visit the campus (in person or virtually) and arrange remote or onsite interviews.
